Project Summary

Use a previously written essay as a staring point for event experience design. My essay focused on Saul Bass and the evolution of film title design. Create graphics to promote the event on location at the National Portrait Gallery, Dublin. Including: 3D sculpture, building graphics, info graphics, and signage. In addition to creating an event catalogue.

My Approach

As the main graphic inspiration for my event and catalogue I chose to play with the original film editing style of cutting and pasteing film reel tape. Which complemented one of Saul Bass' most icon title sequences; The Man with The Golden Arm. I decided to use motion graphics to advertise my event.

Audience

Museum visitors including students, adults, elderly. In addition to Saul Bass and title sequence enthusiasts.
